The Short Story

After nearly a decade defining the culinary landscape in some of Canberra’s most celebrated kitchens, I am bringing my knives, my passion, and my experience to the Sunshine Coast.

My philosophy is simple: Restaurant quality should not be restricted to restaurants. I am here to bring the discipline of fine dining into the comfort of your home, creating a food experience that is as relaxed as it is refined.

The Journey

My culinary foundation was built in the high-pressure, high-standard world of Canberra’s fine dining elite. I honed my technical precision at icons like The Boat House, Courgette, and the two-hatted Aubergine. These kitchens taught me that details matter—from the sourcing of the ingredient to the final placement on the plate.'

However, food is meant to be enjoyed, not just admired. My time at Terra—known for its produce-focused, fire-driven menu—grounded my style in bold flavors and honest cooking.

I am no stranger to the coastal way of life. Having served as a chef in the Whitsundays (Daydream Island and Hayman Island), I have a deep love for tropical produce and fresh seafood. I understand that on the Coast, luxury feels different—it’s lighter, fresher, and effortless.

Why a Private Chef?

Currently, I serve as a private chef for a rural estate outside Canberra. I have transitioned from the restaurant line to the home kitchen because I value the connection with the people I feed.

Whether it’s a perfectly roasted chicken for a Tuesday family dinner or a degustation menu for a Saturday dinner party, I handle the procurement, the cooking, and the cleaning. You simply enjoy the time back in your day and the food on your table.

4. How It Works (The Process)

01. The Consultation

Before I step foot in your kitchen, we discuss your household's rhythm. We cover dietary requirements (Keto, Coeliac, Plant-based), "hard no" ingredients, and your favourite flavours.

02. The Sourcing & Prep

I handle 100% of the procurement, visiting local markets and specialty butchers to find the freshest ingredients. I arrive at your home, prepare the meals, and package them for later or serve them fresh.

03. The Immaculate Finish

The best part of a private chef? The clean-up. I leave your kitchen spotless, your fridge organized, and your pantry managed. The only trace I leave behind is the aroma of incredible food.
